1. WHAT THE SERVICE IS

Agent IO is software that uses AI models to produce text, read data and take actions to the extent you permit. NO OUTPUT IT PRODUCES COUNTS AS VERIFIED.

2. ACCURACY OF AI OUTPUT

AI models can produce content that is untrue, incomplete or misleading. This is not a malfunction but a known limit of the technology. Verifying output before you use it is your responsibility.

3. NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

Nothing the app produces is legal, financial, tax, medical or investment advice, and none of it is a substitute for such advice. Consult a qualified professional before making decisions in these areas.

4. APPROVAL AND RESPONSIBILITY

Actions with lasting effect (writing, deleting, sending data, payments) are not carried out without your approval. You are responsible for the outcome of an action you approve. Approving without reading the approval screen does not remove that responsibility.

5. LIMITS OF PERMISSIONS

The permissions you grant to tools on the servers you connect bind you. A server's own declaration — for example the claim that a tool is "read-only" — cannot be verified by us; what binds is your permission choice.

6. UNACCEPTABLE USE

The app may not be used to produce unlawful content, access other people's data without permission, develop malware, or for harassment or discrimination. The usage policies of the model providers also apply.

7. FEES

Token packs are consumable digital products. Purchases, refunds and billing are governed by Apple App Store rules; refund requests go to Apple. The model you choose determines how quickly tokens are consumed, and that rate is shown clearly in the app.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profit or lost data. Our total liability cannot exceed what you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose. Consumer rights that cannot be limited are reserved (EU consumer law, Turkish TKHK, US state law).

9. CONTINUITY OF SERVICE

The service is provided "as is". Outages, price changes or policy changes at the model providers can affect it.

10. CHANGES

When these terms change you are notified in the app and YOUR CONSENT IS ASKED AGAIN. Your earlier consent does not carry over to changed text.

11. GOVERNING LAW

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer provisions of your country are reserved; this clause does not limit them.
